He Has Risen!!

Hi everyone! I missed posting on Friday—Good Friday kept me pretty busy—but for good reason. I was working on a new video for our Easter Sunday service. It was my first time creating both the video and the voiceover myself, and honestly, it turned out better than I expected! I even received some kind and encouraging feedback from folks in the congregation. I’m excited to share it with you here:

While It Was Still Dark

While It Was Still Dark
Hope rises before the sun.
Before the sun came up, Mary Magdalene walked toward a tomb in sorrow—but what she found changed everything. While It Was Still Dark is a powerful Easter video that captures the raw emotion, confusion, and breakthrough revelation of that first resurrection morning. Through cinematic visuals and stirring narration, this film walks viewers through John 20:1–11, reminding us that even when it’s still dark, God is already at work.
Perfect for Easter Sunday services, sunrise gatherings, or as a prelude to a resurrection message, this video invites the church to rediscover the wonder of the empty tomb—and the hope that dawns with it.

Continuing a tradition I’ve started over the past several weeks—sharing three videos at a time—I found myself recently reading through the book of Joshua. As I reflected on the story of Rahab, her bold obedience and visible faith really stood out to me. It felt like a moment worth capturing on screen, especially how her simple act of tying a scarlet cord became such a powerful symbol of trust in God.

So, inspired by her story, I created this next video:

Rahab’s Scarlet Cord

Rahab’s Scarlet Cord
Faith that can’t be hidden.
In a world where faith is often kept private, Rahab’s story reminds us of the power of bold, visible trust in God. Rahab’s Scarlet Cord is a moving video illustration that brings her story to life with powerful imagery and narration, challenging viewers to live out their faith in full view. Perfect as a sermon opener or reflection piece, this video inspires believers to tie their own “scarlet cord”—a symbol of unashamed devotion and unshakable trust.
Use it to set the tone for messages on obedience, salvation, courage, or the call to stand out in faith.

Lastly, a church opener. I’ve always felt that our local churches should feel like home—places where people walk in and immediately feel a sense of belonging, peace, and welcome. That thought stayed with me as I created this new opener called “Welcome Home.”

It’s a simple, narration-free video designed to speak straight to the heart. With just a few lines of thoughtful text and warm, inviting visuals, this piece gently reminds everyone walking through your doors that they’re not alone, they’re not too late, and they’re exactly where they’re meant to be. It’s about grace, second chances, shared faith, and most of all—community.

My hope is that this video helps set a tone of warmth and openness for your service, whether you’re welcoming first-time guests or familiar faces who just need to feel seen.

Welcome Home
Set the tone before the first note plays. “Welcome Home” is a heartfelt, text-driven welcome video that gently reminds every guest—new or returning—that they belong. With warm visuals, soft music, and a message of grace, second chances, and community, this piece creates a space where everyone feels seen. Perfect for opening your service with comfort and connection.
