Summertime, Summertime, Sum, Sum, Summertime

The longest day of the year has come and gone—summer is officially here! With it come some of my greatest blessings: our eldest granddaughter just turned four, just two days after the solstice, and next month our second granddaughter will celebrate her very first birthday. Time truly flies.

Even with the joyful chaos summer brings, I somehow found time to create four new videos—two with narration and two without. Each one reflects a different facet of God’s character. My heart’s desire is simple: to glorify God and handle His Word with reverence. I pray these videos honor Him and offer encouragement to all who watch.

“Sing a New Song” is a fresh visual expression of worship, built on the truth that even when life is hard, God is still worthy of our praise. Each moment in the video reflects a different season of the soul – sorrow, silence, joy, and memory – reminding us that worship isn’t always loud or polished. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s tearful. But always, it’s honest. And in every season, God receives it with grace.

Set to an upbeat soundtrack, the video pairs Scripture-inspired imagery with poetic lines that build toward one truth: God has never stopped being good. From cracked voices to new beginnings, this piece celebrates the kind of worship that rises not from perfect lives, but from redeemed hearts. The closing image – a roaring lion says it all: He is worthy.

Sing a New Song

Through seasons of sorrow, silence, and joy, we sing because He is faithful. A vibrant visual journey ending in praise – God is worthy of the song we bring.

“Do You Laugh?” is a narrated reflection set against the backdrop of a radiant sunset at Battery Point Lighthouse – the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the California coast. The message draws from Sarah’s astonished joy in Genesis 21 and weaves it into a modern testimony of grace: that through Christ, even lives once marked by brokenness and barrenness can overflow with laughter and praise. It’s a deeply personal celebration of salvation – old not through perfection, but through the quiet miracle of a heart made new.

Do You Laugh?

Once hopeless, now full of joy – this short film is a personal testimony of God’s grace, set to a peaceful sunset and inspired by the laughter of Sarah. Jesus is the source of unshakable gladness – come celebrate with me.

“Delight Yourself in the Lord” is a quiet and contemplative video, visually styled with ink-like transitions that reflect the soul’s unfolding joy. Based on Psalm 37:4, the message gently walks through the contrast between lifeless religion and the deep, genuine pleasure of knowing and walking with God. This isn’t about rule-keeping or external performance – it’s about the inner transformation that causes the heart to rejoice in holiness and long for obedience. Through vivid imagery and thoughtful narration, the video reveals how true faith is not a burden but a treasure, and how delight and devotion go hand in hand in the life of the believer.

Delight Yourself in the Lord

This video is a quiet reminder that life with God isn’t about duty—it’s about joy. Based on Psalm 37:4, it invites us to see faith not as a burden but as a delight. For the believer, walking with God is deeply satisfying, full of peace, meaning, and beauty. Let this short reflection encourage your heart to find true pleasure in His presence.

“Grace Upon Grace” is a gentle and reflective video that opens with waves lapping at the shore – fitting imagery for a message that flows with the goodness of God. Designed to feel like a bulletin board of God’s faithfulness, each scene is revealed as though lovingly pinned in place, capturing the moments grace met us: in weakness, in wandering, in weariness. Whether it lifted us, rebuilt us, or simply stayed, this video is a quiet testimony that God’s grace is both personal and persistent. Layer upon layer, moment after moment – it reminds us that we live, move, and are sustained by grace that never runs dry.

Grace Upon Grace

A visual reflection on John 1:16, this video reveals how God’s grace meets us again and again—lifting, restoring, and renewing us. His grace is always more than enough.
